Stands are attended — staffed by real people. You buy the pod and subscribe to BOS (Business Operating System), and you run your own food brand out of it, served by real people: your own staff. The stand is automation-ready — integrated automation is coming soon.

One pod, three formats: the same PODULAR pod configures as a micro-retail store, an information stand, or a bar that needs only power — no water connection required. The build-out inside is modular, so we plan the equipment around what you serve.

That is a layout we plan with you. The equipment layouts on this site are example build-outs to plan around, not fixed lists — tell us your concept and we'll lay out the exact equipment with you. A hot-food stand is fitted with electric or induction stove-top burners — no fryers and no ovens.

The PODULAR Pod — Starter Model is $45,000, a one-time purchase. Your branding — inlaid or decal — and the modular buildout are included, so your brand launches without construction downtime. The electrical-only build — a packaged-drinks bar, micro-retail, or information stand that needs power only — starts at $30,000. Dome and robot options are sold separately, price on call.

Yes. BOS also works on its own: subscribe without a pod and add one whenever you're ready. No pod needed — keep your counters and run BOS on the build-out you already have.

BOS Starter is $49/month introductory, limited to the first 100 subscribers — $49/month for your first year, then $99/month. Your card is not charged for the first two weeks of the 14-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime. Growth is $199/month, for food businesses running more than one location or a heavier operation. Venue is custom pricing: hotels, airports and institutions running several stands tell us about the venue and we quote it by email.
